We expect that you will be thrilled with your personalized necklace, anklet or other jewelry-- the unique style and sentimental value of receiving your own name in jewelry is very exciting as a gift or personal purchase. However, if you are not pleased for any reason, let us know.

You do not need to get a return authorization. Simply return the item via mail within 30 days. Please note that we do not refund s&h unless the item was defective.

If you realize the necklace is too short or too long I will make it the right size. I can replace the chains with new shorter ones for free. Just send the name back to me and I will send them back, fixed, as soon as possible.

If you ordered the incorrect necklace size you can send it back to us via regular mail, we will fix it, and return it to you with regular mail. (Not the Priority Mail we use for the initial product shipment.) This is all free of charge, however, if you want us to use Priority Mail when shipping it back to you, you should also send a check for $4.00
